Indore: Curtains will come down on campaign for last phase of polling at 6 pm on Friday, 48 hours prior to voting on Sunday. Collector and district election officer Lokesh Kumar Jatav informed that campaigning by all the candidates will end on Friday evening.
However, they can meet voters individually. At the end of Standing Committee meeting held at Nehru Park, he said “We have briefed next election process to candidates of all political parties in the meeting. Commissioning of EVMs was done in their presence. They also have been apprised about system developed for distribution of polling materials at Nehru Park. Representative of political parties have been briefed about the dos and don’ts at the meeting, he added.
