Indore : City police arrested over 150 criminals including some armed miscreants under Goonda Abhiyan, on Friday. Senior police officials also took to the street along with their subordinates in 11 police station areas and conducted raids at various hideouts throughout the day.
DIG Rakesh Gupta claimed that to keep a tight check on criminals, two mobile vans were given to each police station in the Eastern and Western parts of the city.
Meanwhile, rumours were rife that dreaded goon Fauja landed in police net on Friday night but the senior officials squarely denied knowledge of any such information.
