Indore : ‘We Care for You Cell’ arrested a youth who was harassing a woman by calling her on her mobile phone and sending obscene messages.
The Cell in-charge said the woman, a resident of Bhawarkuwa area, had filed a complaint in this regard.
Following the written complaint, the cell traced the phone number to one Kamal (32) of village Navada, tehsil Tonkkhurd, Dewas and arrested him.
The accused, a farmer by profession, told the police that the woman was a resident of the village and therefore he was able to obtain her number easily and began harassing her.
The accused has been handed over to Bhawarkuwa police for further action.
