Car rams into pole, driver hurt

Indore : A speeding car rammed into an electric pole near DIG Bungalow on Sunday morning and the driver escaped with minor injuries. According to Tukoganj police, the car driver, identified as Ranveer Singh Malhotra, is a resident of Chandralok Colony. The car was coming from Geeta Bhawan and proceeding towards Palasia when Ranveer lost control over the vehicle due to high speed and rammed into an electric pole near DIG Bungalow. In the mishap, the front portion of car was badly damaged and due to airbags Ranveer escaped with minor injuries. The cops pulled him out of the car and took him to a hospital. The cops said that Ranveer appeared to be in inebriated state and that probably led to the accident.
