Indore : Bank of Baroda (BoB) celebrated its 108th Foundation Day Week from July 14 to 20. Under the celebrations, week-long various programmes were organised by the Bank. On Sadbhavna Diwas, Bank organised Roza-Iftar party on July 16 at Noori Maszid, near Nahar Shah Ali Dargah. On July 18, Social Responsibility Day was celebrated, under which blood-donation camp was held at Industrial Institute’s branch of the bank, food and cloths distributed at Astha Old Age Home, Pardeshipura and sapling plantations held at bank’s new premises at Nipania on the same day. Bank’s Deputy General Manager Devashish Guha presided over all these functions.
On July 19, the ‘Jan-Jagran Diwas’ was organised, under which all the staff members of bank took out a motor-cycle rally and formed a human-chain. In the evening, colourful cultural programmes were organised at Jal Auditorium. July 20 was celebrated as ‘Grahak Samman Diwas’ by the Bank and a meeting with all the respected customers was organised. On the same day, the Eid-Milan Samaroh was also organised at bank’s Siyaganj branch.
