Itanagar: The budget session of the Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly will begin with the presentation of vote-on-account on March 5 next, Speaker Nabam Rebia said today. Rebia, who also heads the business advisory committee, said that initially the session scheduled for nine days with three days break has been rescheduled to three working days on March 5, 9 and 10 next. The vote on account or interim budget presents an estimate of expenditures to be sanctioned by the exchequer till a full budget is passed. This facilitates payment of salaries of the employees and political expenditure during that period, he said.
