And most importantly, she has not only promoted a healthy lifestyle at events in India and abroad but she has also constantly spoken about the benefits of yoga. This time around, the actress turned entrepreneur decided to do something different on that front and she tried her hands at Silk Yoga.
hough Silk Yoga seems to have gained its own share of fans amidst the Bollywood brigade, Shilpa Shetty Kundra tried it for the first time now! The actress, who loves her share of Sunday binges, definitely had a gala time. And in her own words, she has described how much she enjoyed the new form of yoga on social media.
Shilpa Shetty decided to take to Instagram to share a video of her practicing Silk Yoga along with fitness trainer Ria Bajaj as well as Vinod Channa and honestly, she couldn’t stop thanking her for the experience. Along with the video, she also shared a note describing her experience saying, “If you want something you never had you have to do something you’ve never done. Keeping that in mind this is my first attempt at #SilkYoga… was scared, but have to say, what a fun session it was @ria.rbajaj. Thank you to my team and @thevinodchanna for helping me to move out of my comfort zone. I believe you can only learn something new if you are willing to feel pain, awkward and uncomfortable. Once you overcome that the joy, strength and happiness is incomparable.”
On the work front, Shilpa Shetty Kundra is completely dedicated to her business entrepreneurial ventures. She is yet to announce details of what are her plans when it comes to Bollywood. As of now, she looks quite content with her other projects.
