Sunny Leone recreates Ranveer Singh’s hit number Aankh Marey with hubby Daniel Weber

Simmba is still riding high on everyone’s list and one of the prime reasons for it is also the chartbuster music that seems to have gained immense popularity amongst the youth. Adding to the current trend of remakes, the makers attempted to recreate one of the most popular 90s song ‘Aankh Marey’ for the film and needless to say, the number became one of the most trending songs. And it is quite visible with the video that was shared by Sunny Leone on Instagram recently.

Sunny Leone, who is quite active on the social media platform, shared a video of her dancing on the Simmba track ‘Aankh Marey’ which was picturized on Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan in the film. And she was accompanied by none other than her hubby Daniel Weber in it. But it wasn’t just another video of the couple showing their love for the song but this was more of a celebratory dance. The couple rejoiced the moment as Sunny now has over 18 million followers on Instagram and hence, she decided to dance and celebrate it with ‘Aankh Marey’.

She posted on Instagram saying, “Thanks everyone 18million!! Woohoo! Time to dance and celebrate with @dirrty99 Love all 18 million of you!” and shared this video.

Speaking of the song ‘Aankh Marey’, the original song, which released in 1996, was picturized on Arshad Warsi and Simran Bagga from the film Tere Mere Sapne. Interestingly, Arshad also features in the remake of the said song in Simmba and he featured alongside his Golmaal cast which included Kunal Kemmu, Shreyas Talpade and Tusshar Kapoor.

Sunny Leone, on the work front, will be making her full-fledged South debut with Veeramadevi which features her in the role of warrior princess. The film will release in five languages, namely, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi.
