Priyanka Chopra wins EMA for Best India Act

Priyanka Chopra who has set her foot globally with her international pop album and now her latest American series, has emerged victorious at the Europe Music Awards. She received the award in the category of Best India Act. PC was nominated along with some renowned artists like Your Chin, Indus Creed, Monica Dogra, and The Ska Vengers. However, now PC will now have to face a tough competition with Diamond Platnumz for Africa – India. Earlier when she was asked about the nomination, she was surprised and also confessed that as an artist she should be dedicating more time towards music. The Europe Music Awards will be held at Mediolanum Forum in Milan, Italy on October 26 and will be hosted by popular British pop star Ed Sheeran and Australian model-actress Ruby Rose.
