Aishwarya Rai Bachchan once rejected a film opposite Brad Pitt as it required her to perform some steamy scenes with the Hollywood actor. According to a popular website, the film in question was Troy where she was offered the role of Briseis which was eventually played by Rose Byrne. While we do respect her reason to not star in the film, but had she done it she would have at least one successful Hollywood film in her kitty.

Apparently Ash’s other Hollywood films such as Bride and Prejudice, The Mistress of Spices, Provoked, The Last Legion and The Pink Panther 2 hadn’t performed well at the Box office which eventually resulted her downfall in Hollywood. If Ash would have said yes to Troy maybe a lot of successful doors would have opened for her as the film was the 8th highest-grossing film of 2004.

Although Ash didn’t have a successful career in Hollywood, she is still the most popular face form Bollywood in the global market. Her numerous appearances at Cannes and other international events is a proof that the Bachchan bahu rules the world.
