Mumbai: Actor Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are dating each other for a long time but have not confirmed yet in public. Recently, the news is doing the rounds that the couple had got engage on Deepika’s birthday in Maldives in a hushed ceremony and are going to tie the knot before this year end.
During the Padmaavat screening, Ranveer and Deepika came hand in hand where Deepika looked gorgeous in white anarkali and Ranveer looked handsome in sherwani. The duo match-up their attire at the premiere.
Recently, Deepika’s was on Neha Dhupia’s Vogue BFF’s Season 2 along with her sister Anisha. During the interview, Neha Dhupia asked Padukone if she got engaged in Maldives when the couple was there during the New Year along with their respective parents. To this, the Padmaavat actress said, “I was not engaged.” But Neha did not believe and prodded her further and wanted to check Dippy’s ring finger. After this, the Julie actress said that the tan on the ring finger was evident which implied the actress did exchange rings.
Following this, Deepika’s sister Anisha quickly came to her rescue. She said, “she has been engaged successively for the last four years.”
