Comedian and actor Kapil Sharma recently opened a cafe in Surrey, Canada, named Kap’s Cafe, and a shocking incident took place there on July 9, 2025. A video has gone viral on social media in which someone is firing at the cafe with a gun. The video is shared by an independent journalist named Ritesh Lakhi on X.
The journalist tweeted, “World Famous comedian Kapil Sharma's newly inaugurated restaurant KAP'S CAFE shot at in Surrey, BC, Canada last night. Harjit Singh Laddi, a BKI operative, NIA's (INDIA) most wanted terrorist has claimed this shoot out citing some remarks by Kapil (sic).”
