Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre who is battling with cancer was in America for the treatment. However, she came back to India just few months back. Now Sonali has shared a picture of her sitting in a hospital, where she can be seen with a drip on her right hand. “Another kind of outfit and another kind of accessory… just a small pit stop from the roller coaster we call life! Back home and back to #MyNewNormal #OneDayAtATime #SwitchOnTheSunshine”, the actress wrote.
Sonali has been very vocal about her cancer and tries to motivate millions of people through her social media posts. Last year in July, Sonali took to Instagram to share the news of her illness. In her post, she wrote, “Sometimes, when you least expect it, life throws you a curveball. I have recently been diagnosed with a high grade cancer that has metastised, which we frankly did not see coming. A niggling pain led to some tests, which led to this unexpected diagnosis”. Soon after the news the actress was praised for the bravery and her fans even showered with good wishes and prayers.
