Ex Bigg Boss contestant Armaan Kohli was arrested last night from his Juhu residence over possession of 41 bottles of scotch whiskey, a majority of which was purchased from abroad. The Excise Police who arrested the actor, questioned him at the Bandra excise station before making the news official.
According to law, a person is only allowed to possess 12 units of a hard liquor bottles like scotch whiskey in a month. And if a person is buying liquor bottles from aboard then he or she is not allowed to bring more than two bottles from abroad at a time. The Excise Police are still cross-checking the price of each bottle as they are International brands.
Let us tell you that this is not for the first time that Armaan has faced legal charges. Earlier too the actor has been arrested for assaulting his ex-girlfriend Neeru Randhawa but apparently she went for money settlement with Armaan and later withdrew the case.
On work front, Armaan was last seen in the Salman Khan starrer Prem Ratan Dhan Payo where he essayed the character of Chirag Singh.
