The Ambanis are once again ready to show the world what royal and extravagant weddings are like. After daughter Isha Ambani’s wedding, Mukesh and Nita Ambani are leaving no stone unturned to make sure that their eldest son Akash Ambani‘s wedding will be an affair to remember.
According to reports, the bash began with a carnival and official hashtag #akustoletheshlo. The Ambani clan has booked the Badrutt Palace in Switzerland, and organised a Winter Wonderland themed carnival with Ferris wheel among other installations. Around 850 or more guests are expected to join the celebration.
While the who’s who of Bollywood has already arrived in Switzerland where the pre-wedding festivities are taking place, the sangeet ceremony will be held today. For those unaware, Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta are childhood lovers. Both went to the same school and fell in love. In March 2018, Akash finally proposed marriage to Shloka while they were on a holiday in Goa. The couple got engaged last year. It is stated that the wedding will be held at Jio World Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex on March 9.
