Silvassa is firmly committed to making our transport services like buses, auto rickshaws COVID-safe in this difficult situation. By participating in the 'Transport4All Challenge' an initiative of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Silvassa Smart City will improve public transport service to better meet the mobility needs of citizens, especially during this pandemic.

Citizens are the core of this challenge. They can help define the problems of public transport in the city and develop solutions through feedback. Silvassa Smart City is conducting a survey to get citizen information about their experience about public transport and the issues faced by them while commuting.

“Availability of inclusive, affordable and sustainable transport is essential for any city to be called a Smart City. This is our small effort to make your voice heard to help Silvassa achieve the above goal,” said Dr. Apoorva Sharma, CEO, Silvassa Smart City Limited
