Anil Ambani meets Andhra CM Naidu

HYDERABAD : Reliance Group Chairman Anil Ambani met Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, seeking revival of the group’s stalled 3,960-MW ultra-mega power project at Krishnapatnam in the state, sources said. The power project has been stalled for the last three years due to various reasons, including the sudden increase in the cost of coal to be imported from Indonesia. GVK Group Chairman G.V. Krishna Reddy, Lanco Group Chairman L. Madhusudhan Rao, and GMR group representative G.B.S. Raju were also part of the delegation.   -Cogencis
