Veteran Bollywood actress and politician Kirron Kher shared on Monday that she has tested positive for COVID-19.
She took to her social media handle and asked the others who met her in the past few days to get themselves tested.
"I have tested positive for Covid. So anyone who has come in contact with me please get yourself tested," she tweeted.

It is to be noted that back in 2021, Kirron was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer.
Husband Anupam Kher and son Sikander Kher issued a joint statement that read, "Just so that rumours don't get the better of a situation Sikandar and I would like to inform everyone that Kirron has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer," Kher posted on Twitter.
Kirron bounced back to recovery within a year and returned as one of the judges on the reality show, 'India's Got Talent'.

Anupam and Kirron tied the knot in 1985. She was previously married to Gautam Berry and had a son Sikandar Kher in 1981.
The actress has been a part of several blockbusters, mostly playing motherly roles, in films like 'Devdas', 'Dostana', 'Main Hoon Na', 'Rang De Basanti', 'Hum Tum', and others.
Of late, Kirron has been away from showbiz for quite some time. At present, she is mainly busy with her political work as a BJP leader.
