Ratlam : After getting electrocuted near Mahi river, three tribal children dead bodies remained unnoticed for more than 12 hours on Monday . The villager came to know about the incident on Tuesday.

According to information three tribal children Sannu Manji 12,Sannu Kalu 10 and Sagar 8 reached near the river from Semalia village of Bajna area. There was a Mausar programme in the village and three children after taking meals left for river brink for playing and when they touched the Mahi river water they were electrocuted and died on spot.

The incident occurred in the evening of Monday but none noticed neither the parents of the deceased searched them as they were of the belief that children must be sleeping at their relative house. Next day morning when some of the tribals had noticed the dead bodies of three kids lying on the brink of Mahi river their parents were searched who had left the village in search of daily wage employment in Ratlam.

Parents were searched who could reach Tuesday afternoon to Semaliya and in the evening the funeral could take place. Information said that there was common practice by some of the persons who took the water from the Mahi river laying the electric cables underground and children came in contact of these wires and got electrocuted. Illegal lifting of water took toll of three innocent kids . Illegal lifting of water from Mahi river and illegal electricity connection is common phenomena in the tribal belt near the villages situated on the Mahi river.
