SAGAR : Home and transport Minister Bhupendra Singh Thakur inaugurated the new building of police control room and residence for policemen built at cost of Rs 25 crore in Sagar, in the presence of Panchayat and rural development minister Gopal Bhargava. In the function, in the presence of director general of police Rishi Kumar Shukla, letters of citation were given to various officers and employees of district police force for their excellent work in controlling crimes and for sustaining the law arrangements. On the occasion, the minister said that efforts are being made by the state government to provide better facilities to the police force. The police would have to be scientifically and technically better equipped so that the crime can be controlled.
