While, there are several rules for the private schools so that the parents and students could not be exploited but these rules are limited to the papers only.

The private school owners take decision according to their whims in appointment of teachers, interview of parents and students, uniform, text books and stationery etc. The education department has said that no one complains against the private school directors.

The parents are exploited in the name of donation, infrastructure fee etc whose wards are studying at private schools.
