Once again overloaded trucks caught by Enforce Dept

Gwalior : After a week, the Enforcement Department staff of State Transport Department deployed on Integrated border check-post have caught a overloaded goods vehicle which was passed as under loaded by the MPBCDCL company’s employee through fitted weigh bridge on check-post. The check-post in-charge has reported about this to Transport Headquarter, Gwalior on Monday.

On January 12, two overloaded vehicles had been caught by the Enforcement Department’s flying squad of Transport Department in Indore. The company MPBCDCL had passed these two vehicles as under loaded found in investigation report of transport department. MPBCDCL (Madhya Pradesh Border Check-Post Development Company Limited), a private company, which is working on integrated check-posts of state border under the agreement between the MPRDCL, a state government enterprise. The vehicle registration number AP-16 / TA 2799, was passing through the Sausar Interstate check-post, the company MPBCDCL employees were passing vehicle as clear under loaded by taking bribe from the vehicle driver. Company employee and driver were talking hot during the transaction of bribe, the Incharge RTI of check-post has come on the weighbridge after hearing this. When, he checked the vehicle and he found 700 kg overloaded after re weighed on line 7 weighbridge. RTI (Region Transport Inspector) incharge Sausar Integrated Check-Post, Dr Ajay Agnihotri said, “The vehicle was coming from the Peelibhit and going to Vijaywada, after hearing hot talk between the driver and company employee the enforcement staff has reached at the booth and found the vehicle was passing overloaded as under loaded after re-weighed on same. The weighbridge staff found 700kg excess goods. I have reported it to transport commissioner Gwalior.” Working company on check-posts is decreasing the revenues in this way of transport department.
