New police station, SDOP offices inaugurated

Dhamnod/ Dhar : A new police station at Naugaon, Police Station at Pithampur Sector No 1, Police Chowki at Ringnod under Sardarpur police station limit and a SDOP offices at Sardarpur and at Dhamnod were inaugurated on Wednesday.

Superintendent of Police Rajesh Hingankar, Union Minister Vikram Verma, MLA Neena Gupta, Collector Jaishree Kiyawat, Civic Body president Mamta Joshi and Congress leader Mohan Singh Bundela were the guests at the programmes. The main programme was held at Police Control Room, Dhar. Corporators and large number of dignitaries, traders, police staffs were present on the occasion.

SP Hingankar said that the Naugaon police station will have 2 sub-inspectors, 2 assistant sub-inspectors, 3 chief constables and 12 constables. Apart from these posting, the new police station will also have one constable driver.

Similarly, SDOP Dhamnod will have one chief constable, 2 constables including one constable driver. The programme was conducted by reserved constable Rameshwar Prasad Choubey.
