BHOPAL: Even as the directives regarding the use of indelible ink have been issued, the banks have no idea from where to get the ink. Bank of India, assistant manager Amole informed Free Press that they have received the e-mail from zonal office but nut there is no mention about the source of the ink. They will write to the office about the same. Meanwhile, the ADM Ratnakar Jha said that administration has no responsibility to provide the ink. “If the RBI or the other officials have decided to mark the ink on the fingers, they have to arrange the ink,” he added. He said that they cannot give the ink without the permission of the Election Commission. “It is the property of EC,” he said.
