District Bar Association demands land for Labour Court

Dhar : Dhar District Advocate Union demanded land from the District Collector to construct ‘Labor Court’.

The Union President, Jagdish Maltare and the other Office Bearers wrote a letter addressing the Collector Jaishree Kiyawat regarding the matter since the court is operated in a rented building.

The letter also demands some rooms for the court in the Collector Office, meanwhile the construction takes place, to conduct the court in sooth way. It is to be noted that the state government has already allotted Rs 55 lakh fund for the Labor Court construction but the unavailability of the land is the hurdle, the construction work could not get started.
