Katni : A 21 years old college girl hanged herself due to poor performance in semester and half-yearly examinations.According to the sources, Varsha, daughter of Lakshmi Prasad Tiwari of village Shahpur Bichua lived with her brother Jalpa ward area and was studying in government girls’ college.
She was a bright student but she performed poorly in a paper and was depressed because of that. She hung herself in her room when her brother was gone for a morning walk. When her brother came, he started to cry after seeing his sister hanging.
Hearing the noise, people gathered at the place and police was informed. Police handed over the body to the relatives after the postmortem and registered the case.
