Chief Minister pitches for making hanumantiya a world class tourist destination

Khandwa: CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan said Jal Mahotsav at Hanumantiya should take place for three months and it should be converted into a world-class tourist spot for which Tourism Corporation Board would be constituted. Two new boat clubs would also be opened. He also informed that teams from six states including Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Telangana etc. visited Hanumantiya to take it as a role model and develop something similar in their states.  The CM was on a private trip with wife Sadhna Singh and two sons and enjoyed boats and one night stay during which the public was not allowed to enter. People from surrounding villages reached out with their complaints and were assured of solution.
