Khargone : At-least 12 persons were injured in a road mishap took place at Khandwa – Badoda state highway number 26 when a bus and truck got collided, on Wednesday. Injured were rushed to the district hospital, condition of two injured including a child was critical.
As per the received information, a passenger bus of Bhatiya travels coming from Khargone collided with a truck coming from opposite side on Bhikangaon road. The collision was so intense that 12 persons were injured and were rushed to the Bhikangaon hospital from where after primary medication they have been referred to the district hospital. Out of the 12 injured, condition of two passengers identified as Swati and Imran is critical.
It may be noted that this Khandwa – Badoda state highway has become prone to the accidents, as many accidents have already taken place on this road. As per the witnesses the accident occurred due to heavy rains.
