BHOPAL : Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd is all set to give a tough time to private telecom service providers in the state in coming months. The company is going to established 1,100 ‘hotspots’ in the state and the 3-G network will be strengthened. The proposed hotspots would initially be free of cost and charges would be levied later.
Chief general manager GC Pandey informed Free Press that BSNL will usher telecom services into a new era in coming four months. The company will extend its network with the help of the private players.
The private company will extend the service cables and can share the network, based on outsourcing mode. The company will generate revenue from the outsourcing.
The company has also decided to establish the newest version of the fastest technology in the field of cellular network. Through the technology the network will be strengthened and the consumers will be satisfied.
In the state the company is going to establish the ‘Hotspot’ at 1,100 places, having 3-G towers. The BSNL users will get high speed internet connectivity.
“In the state in coming 3-4 months an aggressive marking will be launched. The consumer satisfaction and responsible working of the company will be ensured”. He added.
The CGM claimed that the data transferred through the BSNL network is secure, no one can intercept it. He also claimed that in Simhastha, the devotees have experienced the best services given by the company. “Despite three storms, only BSNL services were working,” he added.
