Bhopal: Youth thrashed with slippers

NARSINGHPUR: Municipal cleaner’s beats a youth for open defecation. Narsingh ward resident, Prakash Maratha, a youth of poor family went for open defecation as there is no toilet in his home, municipal cleaners beats him and also made him to lift up stool. Kareli becomes ODF recently. Administration has formed surveillance committee to keep an eye for those people who goes for open defecation. The residents of Narsinghward said that some people capture the public toilet and they do not allow the others to use it. Prakash said that he had deposited the amount for toilet in municipality but still it is not constructed.
