BHOPAL: The 24-year-old youth, who was wanted in a kidnapping and attempt to murder case since November 2018, was arrested on Thursday. According to police, the accused Furhaan and his friends Shruti, Shashank and others had asked Ishaan to meet them up on the day.
When he went to meet them they dragged him inside their four-wheeler and thrashed him inside the running four-wheeler. Following the incident prime accused Shruti and her friend Hyder are on the run.
The other five men in the case were arrested by the team of Chunabhatti police earlier while a reward of Rs ten thousand was announced on the arrest of Farhan. Shruti is daughter of former Vidhansabha secretary Satyanarayan Sharma. Chunabhatti police said teams have been fanned out to look for Shruti and others, said SHO BS Thakur.
