The move motivates people towards cleanliness
BHOPAL: Businessmen of Malviya Nagar market at Patrakar Bhavan has welcomed the “Mera Pran: Bhopal No-1” campaign in which BMC washes the markets at night.
But they have also demanded solutions to problems like parking and lack of garbage containers in the market.
Due to non availability of notified parking lots, visitors park their vehicles on the side of the road, making roads further congested. They have appreciated the BMC administration for launching campaign to maintain the sanitation and to motivate people for maintaining cleanliness of the city.
They support the idea and think that if market is washed at night, it does not disturb any one and the market looks neat in the morning. Secondly dust gets settled down which was a cause of problem for those allergic to dust.

“This campaign was the need of the hour and BMC has done it. People should cooperate with it. Washing the market in night is good. But simultaneously, BMC should also concentrate on other problems like parking facility. People just park anywhere they find place here.”

“People should be motivated to join the BMC team to make the campaign successful. It is a good campaign for maintaining hygiene in the market. We have also hired personal sweepers to clean the market.”
