Bhopal: A three-day drama festival ‘Yashodhara,’ centred on Jatak Katha concluded with dance drama ‘Vritti Nashak’ at Tribal Museums on Monday. Dramatised by Sunil Mishra, the dance drama was directed by Vaishali Gupta. Set in Varanasi of Brahmdutt state, the dance drama revolves around a monkey Nandiya and his younger brother Chulandiya. They serve their blind mother at the place where eighty thousand monkeys lived. They sent fruits to her mother. Despite sending fruits, the health of their mother starts deteriorating. After knowing that the chief of the place is reason behind this, they decide to leave the place. It was presented by Children’s Theatre Academy, Bhopal. Set, costumes, lights and music were used nicely.
