Bhopal: Strict action if complaints not resolved

HOSHANGABAD: Weekly review meeting held at Rewa assembly room of collectorate on Tuesday. Collector Avinash Lavania reviewed the application regarding CM Helpline, public complaint redress cell and samadhan online. He said that all  officers should resolve the complaints with immediate effect. They should talk with the applicants directly so that the maximum complaints will be solved. If CM helpline complaints do not resolve within time period then strict action will be taken. The review of pending application will be done on every Thursday evening in which the presence of officer is must. He also gave instruction of show cause notice to some officers as CM helpline complaints not resolving regularly.
