Bhopal Starts Free UPSC Coaching For 150 Meritorious Aspirants

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The Bhopal District Administration, with the assistance of an NGO, has started a free UPSC/MPPSC coaching camp. The camp has been organised in the capital city of Bhopal and will mentor150 UPSC aspirants starting Thursday.

The coaching class was inaugurated by the additional chief secretary, KC Gupta. The classes are underway at the Government Hamidia Arts and Commerce College, Ginnori. Over 900 students applied for the classes, out of which only 150 students were selected on a merit basis.

According to information, the NGO, 'Adarsh ​​Parivar and Modern Nalanda,' is an organisation that provides free coaching classes to underprivileged UPSC aspirants. Not only UPSC, they provide additional coaching for any civil services examination. The Bhopal District Administration, under the leadership of Additional Chief Secretary KC Gupta, has partnered with this NGO and has begun the first round of free classes.

The registrations for the same began in October. Over 900 aspirants applied for a seat. Out of 900, 628 students were shortlisted to sit in an exam. Out of 628, 150 of the top scorers were selected for the coaching. The inauguration of free coaching classes was graced by Additional Chief Secretary Gupta as the chief guest, with retired Special DG Mukesh Jain serving as the special guest.
