Bhopal: A sex racket operating in a Spa centre was busted by Bairagarh police and crime branch on Monday evening. Acting on a tip off, a team of police, raided Roseberry Spa, located near Krishna Complex on the main road, Bairagarh. The spa is owned by Neelam Khemani who runs three centres in Bhopal including one at Jawahar Square and amother at Kolar Road. The police also seized a list from the spa which maintains the names a few influential and moneyed persons of the city who used to visit there.
The action was carried out at 7: 30 pm by a joint team of Bairagarh police and women constables from crime branch. According to SHO Sudheer Arjaria, the police have arrested four boys, six girls, four employees and a supplier from the spot. “The team found the couples in compromising position. We will now interrogate the owner,” the SHO said.
The arrested boys have been identified Sanket Malwiya, Mahendra Rai, Romesh Rai and Sudheer Gaur. The others arrested in the action were identified as Akshay Pal, Yogesh Wadya, Kamal Jhahde and Atul Malyiya, who are employees of the spa while Nitesh Kumar is product manager and alleged supplier of cosmetic products there.
All the girls belong to Bhopal while Sanket Malwiya and Mahendra Rai are from Sehore. One of the arrested accused is said to be nephew of an MLA in Sehore district.
