Bhopal: Public vehicles to reserve 5 seats for differently abled

Bhopal: All the public vehicles will have to be made accessible to the disabled passengers by March this year. The transport department has issued orders in accordance by the guidelines of the government of India. According to the fresh order, the public vehicles will have to ensure proper handle with grip to make it accessible to the differently abled.

The buses will have to keep five seats at the entry or exit, reserved for the disabled passengers. The government of India in its guideline issued in December 2016 stated that every public vehicle has to ensure special privileges for the disabled passengers. The state transport department, has now issued the order for following the rule and ensure all the preparations within a month from now.
