Bhopal: A 60-year-old priest was found hanging in the temple premises on Tuesday. Police said he was staying in the temple for a month,. Eitkhedi police said the deceased is identified as Baba Ram Das who was looking after the temple in absence of main priest Pawan Brahmchari as the latter has gone to Kumbh.
Investigation officer Makrand Pandey said that the deceased was found hanging by the villagers in the morning who then informed police. A case has been registered in connection with the incident and probe is on. No suicide note has been discovered by police from the spot. It has come to the fore that he was suffering from skin diseases.
