Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): A solo play ‘Maa Mujhe Tagore Bana De’ was staged in the city on Monday. Theatre artist Lucky Gupta from Jammu scripted, directed and acted in the play.
It was part of a workshop, organised by Kalandhika Nritya Natya Samiti, Bhopal. Lucky also taught the virtues of immersive theatre to participants in the workshop.
They were informed about the moral values of the story as well as the understanding of the technical aspects of acting. Through his presentation, Lucky showed two different situations to the participants of Performing Arts through a story.
One is the student, who gets everything in life without any struggle and the other is the student who has to struggle for education due to lack of money.
It awakened the complete love of parents for their children, how they provide good education to their child for their happiness and help him achieve every dream in life.
Reminding a line of Tagore, Lucky said a teacher should always feel like a student in himself. Rahul Tiwari and Suraj Sharma, associated with Performing Arts, conducted the workshop. Around 70 students and teachers of a private university participate.
