Bhopal: Only a person determined to achieve goals can be successful: UPSC topper

“If a person sets his goals and determines to achieve it no matter what the circumstances are, then only he can achieve success,” said UPSC topper under Women’s Category Shrishti Jayant Deshmukh speaking at the felicitation ceremony organized by Canara Bank at Circle Office, Bhopal. Circle Head of Canara Bank Rahul Bhave welcomed Shrishti Jayant Deshmukh on behalf of all the Canara Bank staff members.

Bhave said that youth should be aware of their career and those who have a desire to move forward should go ahead and work harder. He also said that the percentage of female employees in Canara Bank is more, which shows that our country is growing towards female empowerment.

The female employees of the bank asked Shrishti about her achievements, to which Shrishti replied that her goal was to become an IAS and to achieve it she had to work hard and follow current affairs on daily basis with the help of newspapers and internet.  Jayant Deshmukh and Sunita Deshmukh said that if we let the children to pursue their career according to their wishes, they can give a good result.  The program was anchored by Ashok Vyas and vote of thanks was proposed by DGM Om Prakash Jain.
