Bhopal: No to loudspeakers, sit-ins in vicinity of exam centres

BHOPAL: Collector Nishant Warbade, on Thursday, banned the use of loudspeakers in the vicinity of examination centres in connection with the board examinations being conducted by MP Board of Secondary Examination (MPBSE).

The collector has also banned the entry of un-authorised persons in a radius of 100 metres in all the 108 examination centres of the district. The orders will remain effective till March 31. Only those with photo ID with roll number, school staff, supervisors, inspection team and other authorised persons will have access in examination centre vicinity.

As per the order, staging demonstration, sit-in and dharna have also been banned. Carrying arms in vicinity of examination centre has also been banned. The violation of the said order will attract action under provisions of the prohibitory order.
