BHOPAL: In the ongoing All India Civil Services Volleyball Championship at TT Stadium in the city, the teams of Madhya Pradesh Secretariat, Himachal Pradesh, JNCT Delhi, RRB, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Goa, Haryana and Odisha have entered the next round.
MP Secretariat defeated Uttar Pradesh Secretariat by 2-0 and Uttarakhand Secretariat by 2-0. Himachal Pradesh defeated Haryana, JNCT Delhi defeated Chhattisgarh, RRB Chhattisgarh defeated Uttarakhand, Karnataka defeated Tamil Nadu, Goa won against Gujarat, Haryana thrashed Telangana and Odisha trounced Uttar Pradesh Secretariat by 2-0.
Several international players are taking part in the Championship. They include Amit of RRB, Hyderabad, Thennarasin and Shondar of RRB, Mumbai, N Yashwant of Hyderabad, T Naresh, BH Verma, Sandeep, Raja Shekhar, Prashant, Shravan and David.
