Bhopal: Ministers demand CBI case against Digvijay for providing false evidence against Chief Minister

BHOPAL: Three ministers including home minister, public relation minister and minister of state of cooperative submitted the memorandum to the Central Bureau Investigation to register case against former chief minister Digvijay Singh and others for presenting fake and tampered evidences against the Chief Minister, on Thursday.

The memorandum is wakeup call of the Supreme Court decision came on Wednesday, in which the petitioner Prashant Pandey, Digvijay Singh and other have plead that in the Vyapam scam in the hard disk and in pen drive, name of chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was present, but latter it was manipulated and his name was deleted.

The hard disk and pen drive was sent to Central Forensic Science Laboratory Hydrabad and after investigation it was found that no tempering was done in them and also no name of CM was traced. Home minister Bhupendra Singh Thakur informed that the Congress leaders and others have tried to defame the CM and the state government on the Vyapam issue.

The CM Chouhan has himself instituted the inquiry into the scam and have established the Special Investigation Team and latter Special Task Force, which was working under the High Court mentoring. But the Congress leaders and others have tried to create fuss into the matter.

The minister demanded that the CBI should file case against the whistle blower Prashant Pandey, Dr Anand Rai, former chief minister Digvijay Singh and others for creating criminal conspiracy against the CM Chouhan. Along with the home minister, public relation minister Narottam Mishra and MoS cooperative minister Vishwas Sarang were also present.

‘CBI protecting veteran leaders’

Congress chief spokesperson KK Mishra alleged that the CBI is also walking on the track of STF. The STF have tried to save the veteran leaders and now CBI have also saved those people.

Recently on January 13, the SC has terminated the admissions of 634 students in the Vyapam scam, which certifies that the scam was conducted. He also claimed that the envelope containing the report of CFSL is still not opened, the court has instructed to open the envelope into the trail court. He claimed that if the envelope is yet not open than on what basis the CBI have filed the affidavit into the court, he alleged that may be some political pressure is working behind the affidavit.
