Bhopal: Meri Didi campaign to check crime against women

NARSINGHPUR: To control the crimes against the women special campaign is being run from 1 November to 30 November, according to the order of DG of police Rishi Kumar Shukla. SP Mukesh Kumar Shrivastav has given the directions and instructions to all the women officers of the district to visit those places where the women feel insecure and those places where the women are more in number like women hostel, coaching institutions, schools, colleges, park, crowded area, bus stop, public places etc. and if they found any antisocial element then strict action should be taken against them.

The nodal officer of ‘meri didi’ campaign is ASP Abhishek Rajan and all the women officers are continuously visiting the places and taking the action against the anti social elements and spreading the awareness among the girls students and also heard their problems and resolving them.
