BHOPAL: District and sessions court has convicted a man and his two sons in rape case of his minor daughter. They have convicted and awarded rigorous imprisonment (RI). Girl had lost her mother in her childhood and since then trio were physically abusing the girl for five years.
She was 15-years-old when FIR was lodge. The girl narrated her ordeal to a lady who is her neighbor. The lady then informed her aunt and later along with her husband took the girl to Gauravi Centre (JP Hospital).
An FIR was lodged against trio under sections 376(I)(N)(F) following which the trio were arrested. Public relations officer of prosecution Sudha Vijay Singh Bhadauria said, “Trio have been awarded RI and the Court has also slapped fine of Rs2,000 each.”
