BHOPAL: All India women conference 2019 was held on Sunday. Women delegates from more than 20 states and union territories participated in the event organised by all India Malayalee Association MP Chapter.
Issues like women for empowerment, child abuse, self help group, women health, international women’s day, safety and protection of women, mind management session etc. were taken up at the conference. There was an interactive session as well. The expo was inaugurated by culture and medical education minister Vijaylaxmi Sadho. PR minister PC Sharma and All India Malayalee Association national president Gokulam Gopalan were also present on the occasion.
Various culture programs like classical dance by Kalanjali and Natyashri group and orchestra by Kochu Babu and group were held on the occasion.
Culture and medical education minister Vijaylaxmi Sadho said, “It is my pleasure that I could be a part of the association’s celebrations. It is one of the biggest associations in the country and it is doing great service to the society. I wish them all best for their future endeavour.” Gopalan said, “We are happy that we are celebrating our first national womens’ conference & award 2019 in Bhopal.
