Bhopal: Women Congress workers staged state-wide demonstration on Monday seeking action against unidentified person behind tweeting objectionable comments against AICC national general secretary Priyanka Gandhi. The Congress workers took out a rally and on reaching police station filed complaint against unidentified person.
The state unit president Mandvi Chouhan said that are seeking action against unidentified person for making objectionable comments against Gandhi. The person had harmed the dignity of a woman and also tried to defame Priyanka Gandhi, said Chouhan.
“We want to give a lesson to such people who do not respect women including sister and mother,” she added. Complaints have been submitted to the TT Nagar police in Bhopal. The district wings had submitted the complaints to the district superintendent of police in the regard.
