Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh High Court orders regularisation of steno

BHOPAL: Madhya Pradesh High Court has ordered regularization of a steno who was working as contractual employee at MP Electricity Regulatory Commission. MP Samvida Karamchari Mahasang president Ramesh Rathore informed, Chandra Prakash Tiwari was working on contractual basis since August 2, 1999. A committee constituted to look into regularization of employees in 2015, regularized 10 contractual workers but the case was Tiwari was not considered despite his eligibility and competency. A petition was filed in High Court in 2016. The HC has given order in favor of Tiwari.
