Bhopal: Gaurishankar Bisen inaugurates mandi office

HOSHANGABAD: Agriculture Minister Gaurishankar Bisen inaugurated new mandi office building in Banapura Mandi of Seoni-Malwa. He did the opening of huge farmer convention and said that 200 lakhs tones wheat will be produced this year. Government is committed for giving appropriate price for each wheat grain, the farmers should brought good quality grain. The state got four Krishi Karman awards, the maximum contribution given by Hoshangabad and Harda farmers, Rs 22 lakhs will be given for soil test laboratory, Rs 5 lakhs for furniture of mandi office and wheat storage shed will be constructed. Government is continuously doing efforts for welfare of farmers and is resolving their difficulties; pulses procurement centre has been started in Itarsi and Banapura. Agriculture College will be construct in the area. He distributed the certificates to beneficiaries of Ladli Lakshmi yojna.
