Bhopal: A group painting exhibition ‘Udaan’ of three female artists of three generations of the same family opened at Rangdarshani Gallery at Bharat Bhawan on Tuesday. The artists Beenu Garg, Madhu Agrawal and Ananya Garg have displayed as many as 62 works which depicts different moods of women by using bright colours. “These are the collection of ten years. Our exhibition is not centred on any particular topic. We just tried to paint our likeness, journey and views through theses works.
I love to work on women because I think being a woman I can understand the women in a better way. I love to do landscape painting. I have also painted portrait of my daughter Ananya Garg,” said Beenu Garg. Artist Ananya said “I started painting at the age of seven. I love to make geometric modern art. My most of work is based on 3D art. I love to work in different medium,” said Madhu Agrawal. The exhibition is open for art lovers till June 25 from 2 to 8 pm.
